The 2008 Founding
InMode's institutional lineage runs through Syneron Medical. Moshe Mizrahy co-founded Syneron and served as CEO; Dr. Michael Kreindel co-founded Syneron and served as CTO from 2001 to 2007. In 2008, the two founded Invasix with a thesis that radiofrequency would be the dominant energy modality for the next generation of minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.
The RF Platform
RFAL is InMode's proprietary invasive-mode technology: an RF probe passed under the skin to simultaneously liquefy fat, coagulate soft tissue, and induce dermal contraction. Deep subdermal fractional RF is the operating basis of Morpheus8 — the most-searched InMode brand. Evolve X automates body-shaping and skin-tightening. Empower (launched August 2021) extended the RF technology into women's health.
Revenue Architecture
InMode combines high-margin capital-equipment sales with growing recurring-revenue streams from consumables and service contracts. Q3 2025: $93.2 million total, consumables and service $19.9 million (+26% YoY). Non-GAAP gross margin guidance for FY 2025: 78-80 percent.
