SKIMS Israel has official stores through Factory 54 and Irani Group. See exact store locations, Israeli prices vs. the US, shipping status and Terminal X.
Israelis were already buying SKIMS before Israel had an official SKIMS business. Fox Group's Terminal X began selling the brand through parallel import in May 2025; Irani Group secured the official license six months later and opened Factory 54 stores; and by late August 2026, ordering directly from SKIMS.com to Israel had stopped working. The result is an unusual three-way Israeli retail battle: SKIMS' official local partner, a parallel importer, and the brand's own international website, which has now stopped shipping directly to Israel.

Is SKIMS Available in Israel?
Yes. SKIMS officially entered Israel in November 2025 through an exclusive partnership with Irani Group, one of Israel's largest privately held fashion retailers and the company behind Factory 54. As of September 2026, SKIMS Israel lists two standalone stores, at Ramat Aviv Mall and BIG Fashion Glilot, plus Factory 54 shop-in-shops in Netanya, Nazareth, Be'er Sheva and Eilat. Terminal X, Fox Group's e-commerce platform, has sold SKIMS through parallel import since May 2025 and continues to do so today, a distinction that matters throughout this piece: Irani is the only authorized Israeli representative, and Terminal X is not, though nothing stops it from selling the brand anyway. The three-company structure behind SKIMS' Israeli rollout, retailer, parallel importer, and manufacturer, is the same one that recurs across global fashion brands entering Israel.
Where Are SKIMS Stores in Israel?
SKIMS runs six retail locations in Israel: two standalone stores and four Factory 54 shop-in-shops. The rollout came in two phases: the four shop-in-shops opened in December 2025, shortly after SKIMS' November 10, 2025 e-commerce launch on Factory54.co.il; the first standalone store, at Ramat Aviv Mall, followed in February 2026 and occupies approximately 300 square meters next to a Factory 54 branch. SKIMS Israel's official store locator currently lists a second standalone location, of a similar reported footprint, at BIG Fashion Glilot; neither SKIMS nor Irani has published an exact opening date for that second store.
| Location | Type | Size (approx.) | Opening Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ramat Aviv Mall | Standalone SKIMS store | ~300 sqm | February 2026 |
| BIG Fashion Glilot | Standalone SKIMS store | ~300 sqm (planned) | Early 2026 (exact date undisclosed) |
| Netanya | Factory 54 shop-in-shop | Not publicly disclosed | December 2025 |
| Nazareth | Factory 54 shop-in-shop | Not publicly disclosed | December 2025 |
| Be'er Sheva | Factory 54 shop-in-shop | Not publicly disclosed | December 2025 |
| Eilat | Factory 54 shop-in-shop | Not publicly disclosed | December 2025 |
(Ynet, February 12, 2026; Israel Hayom, November 4, 2025; JFeed, November 9, 2025; SKIMS Israel, accessed September 1, 2026.) The square footage for the two standalone stores was reported ahead of their openings; Factory 54 has not broken out individual footprints for the four shop-in-shop counters, which is standard practice for that retail format and consistent with how the group discloses space for its other brand partnerships. The four shop-in-shops opened first, giving SKIMS a branded corner inside existing Factory 54 branches without the cost of four independent leases; the two standalone stores followed once Irani had evidence the brand could support its own storefront, and both sit next to existing Factory 54 branches, letting Irani route customers between the two formats rather than treating SKIMS as an isolated location.
Does SKIMS Ship to Israel?
Direct ordering from SKIMS.com to an Israeli address does not appear to be functioning normally as of the end of August 2026, although SKIMS has not publicly explained the restriction. Ynet reported on July 28, 2026 that SKIMS.com had stopped shipping from the United States to Israel, with shoppers who previously paid NIS 35 for direct delivery instead being directed to the local operation.
Olam tested the checkout process directly on August 31, using an Israeli delivery address. The site accepted Israel as a destination and accepted the address, but did not produce a usable shipping method; instead, checkout displayed a message stating that one or more products in the cart could not be shipped and instructed the shopper to remove an item or contact customer service. The test was repeated with a different product and produced the same result. (Olam checkout tests, August 31, 2026.)
The timing is notable: direct shipping became difficult to complete only after Irani became the official local operator, which is exactly what channel conflict would look like. But no SKIMS statement, contractual disclosure or Irani announcement reviewed by Olam confirms that protecting Irani's exclusivity is the reason, and it should not be presented as a term of the deal. SKIMS Israel's shipping and returns page currently offers free domestic shipping instead, advertising delivery within four business days.
What Does SKIMS Cost in Israel vs. the US?
Official Israeli prices at Factory 54 run close to what SKIMS' international site already showed Israeli shoppers, but carry a real premium over US list prices. Expressed on a single, consistent percentage basis, the gap ranges from about 2.6% to roughly 62%, depending on the product, the promotion, and which baseline, SKIMS' own already-localized international pricing, or raw US list price, is used for the comparison.
| Item | Comparison Price | Official Israel Price | Gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zip-up hoodie, November 2025 | NIS 380 on SKIMS international | NIS 399 | +5.0% |
| Slip dress, November 2025 | NIS 325 on SKIMS international | NIS 349 | +7.4% |
| Lace bra, November 2025 | NIS 155 on SKIMS international | NIS 159 | +2.6% |
| Long-sleeve top, November 2025 | About NIS 188 at the US price | NIS 249 | +32.5% |
| Cupro Jersey Ruched Long Dress, July 2026 | About NIS 606 at the US price | NIS 849 | +40.1%* |
| Fits Everybody Strapless Bra, July 2026 | About NIS 165 at the US price | NIS 219 | +32.7% |
| Fits Everybody Lace Boy Short, July 2026 | About NIS 61 at the US price | NIS 99 | +62.3%** |

Against the localized international prices Israeli shoppers had already been seeing online, Factory 54 added a modest premium: a zip-up hoodie moved from NIS 380 to NIS 399, a 5.0% increase, and a lace bra differed by just NIS 4, a 2.6% gap. Against US sticker prices, a long-sleeve top priced at $58 in New York (about NIS 188) sold for NIS 249 at Factory 54, a 32.5% gap that partly existed on SKIMS' own international site before Irani was ever involved.
Landed cost narrows that gap further. Ynet calculated that after Israeli shipping (NIS 35) and 18% VAT on purchases above $75, the Cupro dress's roughly NIS 606 US price becomes approximately NIS 750 landed, against Factory 54's NIS 849, a real but much smaller premium of about 13% (roughly NIS 100) rather than 40%. Terminal X priced the same hoodie at NIS 499, a 31.3% markup wider than Factory 54's, and a long-sleeve shirt at NIS 350 against SKIMS' NIS 235 international listing, 48.9% higher; on both items Factory 54 undercut the parallel-import price. Promotional pricing can move the comparison again; SKIMS runs frequent multi-buy deals on core underwear, and when those differ by market, the effective US unit price can fall well below Israel's for a customer replenishing in multiples.
The premium buys more than faster delivery. Shapewear, bras and fitted basics are unusually sensitive to sizing, and a local store shortens the return loop when a size doesn't work, a bigger factor for SKIMS than for most fashion categories. That is the value Irani is selling against, and the reason a wider price gap than Terminal X's would still be commercially survivable up to a point.
Who Makes Money From SKIMS in Israel?
Irani Group, operating as Al-Srad Ltd. and known to consumers as Factory 54, holds the official license and takes the retail margin: leases, inventory, staff and merchandising on goods it does not manufacture and does not own outright. Calcalist reported in 2023 that the group ran 140 stores with 1,800 employees and represented roughly 150 brands; Ynet reported in November 2025 that group turnover was approximately NIS 2 billion. Terminal X, Fox Group's e-commerce platform, earns a marketplace margin without any franchise agreement at all, still listing SKIMS today as parallel import with Terminal X Online Ltd. named as importer; Ynet reported on November 11, 2025 that Terminal X intended to keep selling SKIMS after Factory 54's official launch, and current evidence confirms it did. SKIMS itself, founded in 2019 by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede, keeps whichever share of each sale its wholesale terms specify with each channel, terms neither side has disclosed. The full breakdown of how Irani, Fox, and Delta Galil each earn from global brands in Israel is covered in Global Fashion Brands in Israel: Irani, Fox, Delta.
SKIMS had reasons of its own to want a partner. The brand had already moved well beyond shapewear into intimates, apparel, menswear and activewear by the time the Irani deal closed. In November 2025 it raised $225 million at a $5 billion valuation, with 2025 net sales expected to exceed $1 billion and part of the new capital earmarked for physical retail; at the time it ran 18 US stores and two Mexico franchises. Irani had already proven it could deliver that kind of retail buildout: the group received the Israeli Lululemon franchise in 2022, and in December 2025 Lululemon formally named Irani-linked Arion Retail Group its franchise partner for Greece, Austria, Poland, Hungary and Romania during 2026. There is no public evidence SKIMS has given Irani similar international rights, but the Lululemon deal is the track record Irani brought to the table. Israel is large and affluent enough to support dedicated SKIMS stores, but still small relative to the international markets SKIMS is chasing with its new capital, which is exactly the kind of market where a brand rents infrastructure rather than builds it.
What Does Irani's Exclusivity Actually Cover?
Public reporting consistently describes the Irani agreement as exclusive, but the contract is private, and the purchase commitments, margins and territorial terms have not been disclosed. Ynet reported on November 4, 2025 that Irani became SKIMS' official Israeli representative, with a rollout covering online sales, shop-in-shops and dedicated stores; exclusivity here means Irani controls that official designation, not that Terminal X's parallel imports had to stop, which they did not.
SKIMS also entered an established Israeli intimates market rather than an uncontested category, competing against Victoria's Secret, Delta, Intimissimi, Jack Kuba, Femina, Intima and Triumph; Irani's task was converting SKIMS' existing brand equity into local purchasing frequency, not introducing an unknown label. The assortment has widened since launch: Ynet reported in November 2025 that the initial Israeli range ran narrower than the international one, with some extended sizes less consistently available, and reported in July 2026 that larger sizes had become more available locally, though selection still varies by style and color. Neither Irani nor SKIMS has released Israeli revenue or store-productivity figures, so the speed of the rollout shows investment, not proven return, and that is the boundary between fact and inference for a business reader.
The Takeaway
SKIMS did not need Irani to create Israeli demand; Terminal X and SKIMS.com had already done that. What Irani bought was the official designation, the stores and the fulfillment network, and it got that designation without ever forcing Terminal X out: the parallel-import channel that started this story in May 2025 is still running today, still undercutting Factory 54 on some items and still losing to it on others. The one channel that has quietly closed is the one SKIMS itself used to control directly, ordering from SKIMS.com to an Israeli address, and that timing is the detail worth watching rather than the deal's official talking points.
Factory 54 undercut Terminal X's prices at launch but still carries a real premium over US list prices on many items; localization made SKIMS easier to buy, try and return in Israel without making the Israeli market identical to the American one. The Irani, Fox Group and Delta Galil playbooks behind other global brands in Israel are covered separately at Global Fashion Brands in Israel: Irani, Fox, Delta.
