Israeli Companies on Nasdaq: The Complete Directory

The complete reference: all 104 Israeli or Israeli-founded companies listed on Nasdaq, organized by sector with tickers, market cap bands, and listing years.
The complete reference: all 104 Israeli or Israeli-founded companies listed on Nasdaq, organized by sector. The companion piece to The Olam Nasdaq 20.
Outside the United States, Canada, and China, no country has placed more companies on Nasdaq than Israel. The count today stands at 104. This is the living directory — every Israeli or Israeli-founded company currently traded on Nasdaq, grouped by sector, with tier classification, market capitalization band, listing year, and a link to the Olam institutional profile where one exists. The Olam Nasdaq 20 is the institutional shortlist. This is the master record.
How to use this directory
Tier A — the twenty companies that anchor the rest, profiled individually in the Olam Nasdaq 20. Tier B — substantial mid-cap and category-defining smaller positions, most profiled in the Olam Tier B series. Tier C — the long-tail of smaller and emerging listings, including the substantial Israeli biotech, medical device, and clean-tech cohorts.
Market capitalization bands are directional, confirmed at profile build time, and will be revised as listings move. Where a company has a live Olam profile, its name links to that profile. Where it does not, the name appears in plain text — the company is documented but not yet profiled.
Inclusion frame. "Israeli" here means Israeli-founded or Israel-headquartered — the widest defensible frame. Companies registered abroad with Israeli founders and Israeli operating bases are included with disclosure where relevant.

Methodology
Inclusion: companies headquartered in Israel, or founded by Israeli founders with sustained Israeli operating bases, currently listed on Nasdaq. Where a company is incorporated in Delaware but operationally Israeli (Mobileye is the reference case), it is included. Where a company is the American subsidiary of a non-Israeli parent (Leonardo DRS, for instance), it is excluded.
Sector classification follows the Olam taxonomy — sixteen sectors mapped to the Israeli industrial reality. Market capitalization bands are confirmed at profile build time against the most recent public filings. They move daily. Tier classification reflects scale, category standing, and institutional relevance — not market capitalization alone.
Data sources: Nasdaq complete Israeli company list, SEC EDGAR filings, TASE filings (for dual-listed companies), Olam editorial research. The master database is rebuilt against the live Nasdaq list quarterly; this directory was last revised in May 2026.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many Israeli companies are listed on Nasdaq?
Approximately 104 Israeli or Israeli-founded companies are listed on Nasdaq as of May 2026. The exact count varies by definition — whether dual-listed, OTC, and Israeli-founded-but-foreign-incorporated companies are included — so this directory follows the inclusion frame set out in the Methodology section above. Outside the United States, Canada, and China, no country has placed more companies on the exchange than Israel.
Why are so many Israeli companies listed on Nasdaq?
Nasdaq became the preferred U.S. listing venue for Israeli technology, cybersecurity, semiconductor, fintech, medical device, and biotech companies because it offers global analyst coverage, U.S. institutional capital, sector comparability, and liquidity for growth companies.

TAT Technologies (TATT), listed in 1987, is the longest-standing Israeli company in this directory.
What are the largest Israeli companies on Nasdaq?
