Azrieli Group
One of the largest publicly traded real estate companies in Israel, founded by David Azrieli. Owns the Azrieli Center triangle, square, and circle towers in Tel Aviv plus malls and senior-living facilities. Strategic pivot into data centers (Compass Datacenters, Green Mountain).
Azrieli Group is one of the largest publicly traded real estate companies in Israel, founded by David Azrieli and listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The company owns and operates a portfolio of office towers, shopping malls, senior-living facilities, and — through a strategic pivot in the 2020s — one of the largest data-center positions in Israel.
The Azrieli portfolio anchors the Tel Aviv skyline through the Azrieli Center triangle, square, and circle towers (the recognizable Tel Aviv landmark complex), plus the Azrieli Sarona Tower and additional commercial properties in Jerusalem, Haifa, and Modi'in. The mall portfolio is among the country's largest by gross leasable area.
The company is controlled by the Azrieli family — primarily Danna Azrieli (chair) and the second-generation heirs. The data-center pivot, executed through the Compass Datacenters and Green Mountain investments, repositions Azrieli as one of the few real-estate-heritage companies in Israel with meaningful exposure to AI-infrastructure demand growth.
