Ethics Policy

The standards The Olam editorial team works to.

Last updated: May 23, 2026

The Olam covers the global Jewish economy for an audience of family offices, executives, sovereign analysts, defense officials, and operators who expect accuracy and independence. This policy states the standards the editorial team works to.

Accuracy

We verify before we publish. Factual claims are sourced to filings, named interviews, or attributed research. Estimates are labeled as estimates. When we get something wrong, we correct it openly — see our Corrections Policy.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made by The Olam editorial team. We do not accept payment, advertising commitments, or commercial relationships in exchange for coverage, favorable framing, or the omission of a story. No advertiser, sponsor, research partner, or subject of coverage reviews or approves an article before publication.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest

The Olam is published by Olam Media LLC. The Olam's owners, editors, and contributors are active across the global Jewish business economy and may hold financial, advisory, or operational interests in covered entities. Coverage involving any company in which the owner, an editor, or a contributor holds such an interest is disclosed within the article. Where a contributor writes about an organization they are connected to, the connection is disclosed on the article and on the contributor's author page.

Sourcing Integrity

We identify our sources where possible and honor agreements on background and attribution. We do not fabricate quotes, sources, or data. Press releases and corporate communications are identified as such. Translations from Hebrew, French, Spanish, Russian, or other source-language materials are flagged where the original wording is material.

Sponsored Content

The Olam does not publish pay-to-play articles disguised as editorial coverage. Any commercial placement is clearly labeled, in line with applicable advertising guidance.

Use of AI

The Olam uses AI tools to assist with research, drafting, fact-checking, entity reconciliation, and production. Every article is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human editor or author before publication. AI is used as an editorial production tool — not as an editorial authority.

Corrections and Feedback

We welcome corrections and reader feedback. To raise an accuracy issue, email corrections@olam.business with the article URL and the specific concern. See our Corrections Policy and Editorial Policy.

Governing Law

This Ethics Policy is governed by applicable law in the jurisdictions in which Olam Media LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
