UHNW residency portfolio
The practice, common among UHNW families with Israeli exposure, of holding residency or tax-resident status across multiple jurisdictions — typically Israel plus one or two of: Switzerland, UAE, Monaco, Singapore, the US — to optimise tax treatment, succession, and physical access.
The residency portfolio is the lifestyle-layer counterpart of the Family Office migration architecture. Branded residences, private aviation, and concierge medicine are the operational services that make a multi-jurisdiction footprint workable. The Israeli leg of these portfolios is almost always a Tel Aviv branded residence or a Herzliya/Caesarea estate, not standard residential stock.
