The company sits at the intersection of two structural shifts: (1) non-human identities now outnumber human identities inside the average enterprise by roughly 50 to 1, and (2) AI agents acting autonomously on behalf of users create a new category of credential that traditional Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools were not built to govern.
Oasis raised a Series A led by Sequoia in 2024 and is one of the most-cited reference architectures in the emerging "identity for AI agents" category. It sits alongside CyberArk (the legacy PAM leader) in the broader Israeli identity-security stack.
