Negev Forum
A multilateral framework institutionalizing Abraham Accords cooperation among Israel, the US, and Arab states.
The Negev Forum is a multilateral diplomatic framework launched at the March 2022 Negev Summit, where the foreign ministers of Israel, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco, and Egypt convened in Sde Boker. It is designed to institutionalize and expand the Abraham Accords beyond bilateral ties into structured regional cooperation, organized through working groups covering food and water security, energy, health, education, tourism, and regional security. The Negev Forum represents an attempt to build durable economic and security architecture across the normalization bloc, and is a recurring reference point in Israel–Gulf trade and investment.
