It partners with Shin Bet (domestic counterintelligence), Unit 8200 (military cyber), and Mossad (overseas operations).
Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP)
The NCD establishes security standards for essential systems: power grids (IEC), water utilities (Mekorot), banking (TASE, banks), telecom, healthcare systems, and ports. Compliance is mandatory; non-compliance triggers regulatory penalties and operational restrictions.
