Dual Listing (TASE–Nasdaq)
The framework letting Israeli companies trade simultaneously on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and a foreign market.
Dual listing allows a company's shares to trade simultaneously on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) and a foreign market — most commonly Nasdaq or the NYSE. Israel's dual-listing regime, introduced in 2000, lets companies already listed abroad register on TASE with minimal additional regulatory burden, relying on their foreign reporting. The structure gives Israeli and Israel-linked companies access to deeper US capital pools while retaining a home-market presence and local investor base. For TASE, dual listings anchor its most valuable technology and biotech names; for companies, it is a bridge between Israeli roots and global public markets.
