Eilat-Ashkelon Pipeline Company (EAPC)

state pipeline operator

State-owned crude oil pipeline running from Eilat to Ashkelon — built in 1968 as an Iran-Europe bypass. Now central to any Gulf-Med oil land bridge.

Why it matters\n\nEAPC is the existing crude land bridge that any new Saudi/Emirati flows would use. Its spare capacity, environmental controversies (the 2021 Evrona spill), and the secrecy around its commercial contracts make it one of the least transparent but most strategic Israeli assets.
