Israeli defense-tech company based in Kibbutz Yagur that makes AI-assisted smart weapon sights, including the SMASH fire-control system, used by the IDF and exported to militaries including the UK.

<p>Smartshooter, based at Kibbutz Yagur, develops smart sight and fire-control systems for infantry weapons, most notably the SMASH line, which uses AI and image-tracking algorithms to help soldiers identify and accurately hit ground and aerial targets, including drones.</p><p>The company has grown with support from Israel's Directorate of Defense Research and Development (DDR&D/MAFAT) and has attracted international customers; the UK purchased 500 of its counter-UAS sights for mounting on service weapons. Smartshooter has also introduced the Hopper, a roughly 15-kilogram remote-controlled weapon system designed for installation on both manned and unmanned vehicles.</p>
